The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient team performance. This role includes supervising staff, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and assisting in the overall management of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure service and food quality meet company standards.
Support and train staff in customer service, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper stock levels.
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Support management in implementing promotions, events, and new menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
Prepare daily reports on sales, operations, and staff performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
