Supervise and support the front-of-house team during daily operations
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all restaurant areas
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement team
Train and guide new service staff to maintain service quality
Assist in shift scheduling and daily reporting to management
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service practices
Arabic language is a plus
