to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the smooth functioning of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will lead by example, maintain high service standards, and assist the management team in training, motivating, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Lead, train, and support waitstaff, baristas, and other service team members.
Ensure guests receive exceptional service and handle any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and presentation to meet company standards.
Assist in staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control standards throughout the restaurant.
Oversee opening and closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
Support inventory checks and communicate supply needs to management.
Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver upselling strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations is a plus.
