Job Description
Managing staff schedules, training, and performance
Supervising food preparation and presentation for quality and consistency
Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Assisting in budgeting and financial reporting
Coordinating with management to implement policies and promotional activities
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
