Sweet Greens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the team in delivering a smooth and efficient dining experience. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and passionate about healthy food and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff schedules, and inventory control.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in onboarding, training, and developing team members.
Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-organized, and properly stocked at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless operations.
Support promotional activities and contribute to improving customer experience and retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or related field.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management tools.
