We are West to West Kitchen, an award-winning restaurant based in the heart of Abu Dhabi. We provide mouth-watering Sierra Leonean, Trinidadian and Jamaican dishes. We don't just prepare food - we share culture, create experiences and build community.
In addition to our shop operations, we participate as f&b providers, in global and international sports and cultural events such as the Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix, the Emirates Airline Dubai Sevens, Sole DXB and the 2025 Coldplay concerts, amongst others.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate individuals to help lead our shop operations in a shared supervisor role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a shared supervisor position. You will work closely with a fellow supervisor to lead the team and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities will be divided and rotated, enabling both supervisors to maintain high standards without becoming overwhelmed.

It also presents a great opportunity for individuals who are motivated to grow within the business and gradually take on more responsibility over time.

Greet guests warmly in person, by phone or via message
Prepare and serve food to West to West standards
Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Liaise with food delivery companies and suppliers
Follow daily procedures including basic paperwork (inventory counts, end-of-day cashing up, etc.)
Complete individual roles designed to develop and improve a specific aspect of the business.
In addition to your team member duties, as a supervisor you will complete the following shared roles:
Collaborate with your co-supervisor to lead daily operations
Regularly liaise with the West to West management team
Serve as a reliable channel for clear, accurate and timely communication between West to West management and team members (including leading team meetings)
Motivate and support team members during shifts
Oversee guest experience and food quality, ensuring compliance with ADAFSA, government, and internal standards
