Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Food & Beverage Supervisor

to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high service standards across all food and beverage outlets. This role requires excellent leadership, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations in restaurants, bars, and other F&B outlets. Lead and motivate service staff to provide outstanding customer service. Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food and beverage costs. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow. Prepare shift schedules and assign duties to staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
