Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Logistics & Maintenance Manager
to oversee our supply chain operations and ensure the optimal performance of our fleet and facilities. This role is critical to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement across logistics and maintenance functions.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and maintenance management Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Proficiency in logistics software and maintenance tracking systems Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory, warehousing, and transportation Supervise fleet scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and driver coordination Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards Monitor KPIs and implement cost-effective solutions Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline operations Develop preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response plans
