Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented

Restaurant Server

to join our team in a stand-alone dining environment. As the face of the restaurant, you will provide a welcoming experience to guests, ensure exceptional food and beverage service, and maintain a clean, organized section. You'll play a key role in creating a warm and personalized atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly, presenting menus and offering recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve orders efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and timing. Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience. Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the dining room. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order fulfillment. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards. Process payments (cash/card) and issue receipts. Support opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or waiter in a restaurant setting (stand-alone or hotel-based). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. A positive attitude and professional appearance. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Basic knowledge of food and beverages, including allergens and dietary restrictions.
