Handle inquiries and phone calls and delivery orders, providing accurate information about the restaurant product and services.
Seat guests appropriately, considering their preferences and special requests.
Manage waitlists and inform guests about estimated wait times and alternatives.
Monitor the dining area, coordinating with staff to maintain smooth guest flow.
Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit cards, and splitting bills.
Book Keeping of the daily invoices, including petty cash and purchases.
Provide general assistance, such as arranging special occasions and resolving concerns.
Work closely with the front-of-house staff, including floor staff and management, to uphold high customer service standards while maintaining good coordination with the kitchen staff.
