We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager with strong expertise in restaurant procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality ingredients, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations to support daily restaurant functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with food suppliers to obtain quality products at competitive prices Maintain accurate purchasing records, create purchase orders, and track deliveries Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper storage guidelines Build strong coordination with kitchen and operations teams for daily requirements Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize cost efficiency Maintain positive relationships with vendors and ensure timely supply

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant purchasing Strong knowledge of food ingredients, vendors, and market pricing Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills Experience in inventory management and understanding of stock control Familiarity with food safety standards and storage best practices Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
