Job Description

The Restaurant Operation Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage various aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry and possess excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team. The Restaurant Operation Manager will work closely with the executive management team to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive profitability.
Responsibilities: * Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.

  • Manage and train staff, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels and ensure the quality of ingredients.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Organize and oversee special events and promotions to enhance the restaurant's visibility.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
