Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Drive revenue through effective marketing and service strategies.
Analyze financial reports to manage budgets and increase profitability.
Requirements:
Must be a UAE National (Emirati Passport holder)
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management ( MIN 1 YEARS )
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
