Job Description

:

Be the face of the branch, engaging with guests, resolving issues with elegance, and building loyal relationships.

Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Monitor sales, upselling performance, guest feedback, and outlet KPIs.

Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and shift coverage for the outlet.

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and Dubai Municipality compliance across FOH and BOH.

Control inventory, minimize waste, and ensure the outlet runs efficiently.

Coordinate with the F&B Manager on reports, inventory, and larger company initiatives.

Report directly to the F&B Manager, providing daily/weekly operational updates.

Requirements:

Proven minimum 3 years of leadership experience in UAE.

A natural leader who can inspire confidence, motivate teams, and handle pressure with calm professionalism.

Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality F&B standards and hygiene compliance.

Proficiency in both English and Russian with excellent communication skills.

Passion for specialty coffee culture and luxury dining experiences.
