Hiring for Restaurant manager & Restaurant supervisor for a restaurant in Dubai silicon oasis The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor. Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets.
Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.
Ensuring staff complies with company policies
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
Coordinate and comply with landlord/Emaar requirements

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 -3 years of full-service restaurant management
Prefer candidates having experience with EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL CUISNE Experience
Experience in restaurant with at least 100 covers.
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Strong customer service and team working skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
