Job Description

Ensure seamless guest experience, while implementing the established standards and procedures throughout the service from guests' arrival to departure. Support in the planning, maintenance, and pricing of the restaurant menu through adaptability to the market trends, customers' needs & competition to ensure profitability and competitiveness. Supervise implementation of the maintenance, hygiene, health & safety plan in the restaurant to ensure guests & staff safety & security. Work with the kitchen team to ensure consistents service in terms of food quality and presentation. Implement the restaurant's seasonal decorations and be involved in menu adjustments for special evnts/ holidays while ensuring compliance with the budget constraints and the marketing/branding guidelines. Build & maintain relationship with the restaurant's guests through collaborating with Guest Relations team on reservations to provide best in class service to ensure guests' satisfaction & retention. Gather and apply the guests comments and feedback within the restaurant's policies to ensure guests satisfaction and retention. Maintain quality control on the production and service (including and not limited to HACCP and the best before dates of the ingredients) to ensure meeting the brand requirements and positioning in the market. Oversee the implementation of the preventive maintenance strategy for the restaurant FOH and BOH to avoid any pests and rodents' presence and to ensure hygiene standards are met. Support in optimizing the costs without affecting the quality or the operations through searching for better value ingredients and convince the main brand to utilize them. Support with the restaurant's financial position through budgets forecasting, cash flow, events' payment plans and daily expenses to ensure restaurant's profitability. Co-manage the tipping of the restaurants in line with the restaurant's policies to ensure fair and compliant distribution to the customers' tips. Create and provide training for staff within company and brand guidelines. Manage and develop the performance of the restaurant team through providing performance feedback, appraisal and conversations, coaching...etc. to ensure the achievement of the restaurant's objectives and to ensure proper development for the staff. Ensure implementation of the policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Brand's policies and governmental regulations and convey the branding posints to the team. Manage the restaurant's workforce through deciding on staff's vacations, breaks...etc. to fulfill the operation needs and maintaining the quality of service. Job holder accountabilities are not limited to the above mentioned, the line manager can assign additional responsibilities when required. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
