Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fine dining restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a premium dining experience while managing staff, resources, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to fine dining standards. Maintain exceptional guest relations by ensuring personalized, attentive, and professional service. Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver consistent quality service. Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and timely service. Monitor reservations, table allocations, and special guest requests. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Manage budgets, cost control, and inventory while maximizing revenue and profitability. Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and implement improvements. Conduct performance evaluations, staff scheduling, and ongoing training sessions. Implement service innovations to enhance the dining experience and maintain brand reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a fine dining supervisory/managerial role. Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine service, and menu pairing. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a composed, professional demeanor. Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
