Our client is an upcoming Mediterenian & French restaurant entering its footprints in the Dubai Market looking to hire a Restaurant Manager with similar experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
Hire, Train, develop, and mentor restaurant staff to provide topnotch service and enhance their skills.
Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain the quality and consistency of the food offerings.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
Monitor and assess the restaurant\'s performance, making datadriven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
*Qualifications:*
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a highend dining establishment at least 5 years
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including frontof-house and backof-house processes.
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer feedback effectively.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Knowledge of Dubai\'s dining industry trends and regulations.
Fluent in English
Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
