Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Optimizing restaurant operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. \xc2\xb7 Set goals for good sales results with current and new customers. \xc2\xb7 Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. \xc2\xb7 Supervises and maintain maintaining high standards of food quality, presentations and service. \xc2\xb7 Hire, train, and work within the team to help create a motivated and effective working environment. \xc2\xb7 Maintains proper and adequate controls over purchase orders, requisitions and inventory. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service quality. \xc2\xb7 Receive complaints and resolve problems ensuring a great customer service at all levels. \xc2\xb7 Prepare employees timekeeping and personnel records. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy as per UAE law. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service quality. \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with the others department such and marketing and finance to achieve overall business objectives. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit performance reports. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment\'s ensuring they are proper working condition. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Chef to develop menus, determining portion sizes, ingredients, pricing and menu items to ensure profitability. \xc2\xb7 Give marketing ideas and create contents with photos and videos (with mobile phone) for the marketing department. Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Proven minimum 5 years\' experience as supervisor or relevant role in restaurant, catering or fast food business. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of MS Office. \xc2\xb7 Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field. \xc2\xb7 High school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant will be considered an advantage.
