Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations in a high-volume casual dining environment
Lead and motivate a diverse team with confidence and positivity
Ensure excellent guest experience through friendly and efficient service
Drive sales, control costs, and meet operational targets
Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years' experience
as a Restaurant Manager in
casual dining or fast-paced restaurants
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle high guest flow and operational pressure
Customer-focused mindset with great interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
