Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on

Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure proper operation of
lighting, water supply, drainage systems, and other utilities
.
Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components, including fixtures, fittings, and appliances.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report major issues to management.
Ensure compliance with
safety and health regulations
at all times.
Perform general facility upkeep tasks such as
painting, carpentry, basic masonry, and cleaning of mechanical areas
.
Be available on-call for emergency repairs outside of standard working hours, if needed.
Qualifications:
Valid
UAE Driving License
required.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a maintenance/technician role (hospitality, restaurant, or food service industry preferred).
Basic knowledge of
electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
.
Familiarity with
kitchen and restaurant equipment
.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit (able to lift, climb ladders, and perform hands-on repairs).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions:
May be required to work
nights, weekends, or holidays

Work may involve standing for long periods and exposure to
heat, noise, and moving kitchen equipment
