Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
Monitor service efficiency during peak and non-peak hours
Staff Management
Supervise and support kitchen and front-of-house teams
Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure proper staffing
Train, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain high performance and teamwork
Financial & Inventory Control
Handle cashiering, cash handling, POS reconciliation, and daily sales reports
Control costs, monitor expenses, and assist in budget management
Maintain inventory records and coordinate ordering of supplies
Customer Service & Compliance
Ensure excellent customer experience and handle complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
