Hostess / Guest Coordinator

As a Hostess / Guest Coordinator, You will represent the spirit of WILFANO

combining professionalism with charisma and cultural grace.

Preferred languages:

Multiligual

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations / Event Coordinator in hospitality. Must be capable of handling reservations, coordinating events, and guest bookings. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of basic administrative and booking systems. Responsible for guest flow management, seating, and pre-event organization. Should act as the face of the restaurant, maintaining warmth, professionalism, and brand tone. Experience in luxury or resort environment preferred.

Art Director

-- A visionary who shapes the restaurant's ambiance, performance, and creative identity, aligning beauty with strategy.

The curator of mood and movement, shaping the restaurant's ambiance, visual storytelling, and guest experience.
