Job Overview:

As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests from the moment they arrive at our restaurant. Your primary role will be to support the front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the dining room staff and providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, escorting them to their tables and providing assistance as needed. Coordinate reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring optimal table turnover and guest flow. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, overseeing the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house environment. Assist with guest inquiries, taking reservations over the phone, and providing information about menu items, special promotions, and restaurant policies. Collaborate closely with the restaurant management team to address guest concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive dining experience. Monitor dining room activity and anticipate guest needs, proactively addressing any issues or delays in service. Uphold the restaurant's standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest service excellence at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with guests and create memorable experiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in reservation management software and familiarity with restaurant POS systems. Impeccable grooming and presentation standards, reflecting the brand image of the restaurant. Fluency in English required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
