Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Manage reservations and waiting lists Escort guests to tables and present menus Coordinate seating with service staff Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area Provide information and assist guests with inquiries Ensure a great first impression and positive guest experience

What We're Looking For:

Freshers are welcome (0-2 years of experience preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A cheerful, confident, and polite demeanor Presentable appearance and a team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
