We are seeking a warm, well-groomed, and professional

Hostess

to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will greet guests with a friendly attitude, manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently, and ensure guests are seated comfortably. A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests in a professional and friendly manner as they arrive. Manage reservations and waiting lists using the booking system or manual logs. Escort guests to their assigned tables, provide menus, and introduce the server. Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow. Monitor dining area for available tables and seating arrangements. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand, entrance, and lobby. Answer phone calls for bookings, inquiries, or takeaway orders as needed. Handle special guest requests or seating preferences with discretion and care. Ensure guest satisfaction by following up after seating and assisting when needed. Support restaurant promotions or themed events by being informed and communicative.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hostess or customer-facing role in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed, presentable, and poised under pressure. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus. Basic knowledge of restaurant layout, menu, and services. Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage, especially Arabic and Russian.

Pay: Up to AED2,800.00 per month
