Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating assignments to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
Maintain an organized and accurate reservation system, both digital and manual
Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and communicate any special promotions or events
Coordinate with the service and management teams to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns with professionalism and care
Monitor wait times and provide accurate information to guests as needed
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance areas
Assist in preparing the hostess station for each shift, including guest lists, floor plans, and special requests
Record guest preferences and assist in enhancing personalized service for returning guests
Support the team during peak service hours and special events
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in English and Russian language skills is required.
Professional appearance with a warm and approachable personality
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Familiarity with reservation systems is preferred
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
