Job Description

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Hostess will warmly greet customers, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Communicate guest preferences or special requests to the service team. Maintain an organized and clean reception/hostess stand. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with reservations. Ensure proper flow of seating to maximize guest satisfaction and table turnover. Coordinate with waitstaff and management to maintain smooth operations. Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications:



Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,800.00 per month
