We are looking for a friendly and professional
Hostess
to join our restaurant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess is responsible for greeting customers with warmth, managing reservations and waiting lists, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience from the moment they arrive.Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a welcoming and courteous attitude. Manage reservations and walk-in guests using a reservation system or manual log. Organize seating and manage the waitlist efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. Answer guest inquiries regarding menu, services, or promotions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front reception area. Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow. Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate if necessary. Assist with guest feedback collection when needed. Follow all company policies and hygiene standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
