Hostess
to welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and create a warm first impression at our branches in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and manage waiting lists
Answer phone calls and handle table reservations
Coordinate with wait staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist in guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a hostess
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed and presentable
Confident in handling calls and guest interactions
Fluent in English; and Arabic
Must be currently in the UAE and available to join soon
