Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
Maintain an organized and clean front-of-house area.
Provide accurate wait-time estimates to guests and assist with seating arrangements.
Respond to guest inquiries about menu offerings and services.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
Handle guest feedback professionally, escalating concerns when necessary.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience as a Hostess in the UAE, preferably in a high-end or fine dining restaurant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in reservation systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (preferably any European Language/Russian/Turkish etc).
Presentable, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
