Your day to day

As Restaurant Hostess, you will be responsible to provide an appropriate welcome at Restaurants for guest any potential guests, maximizing their dining experience using technical and individual social skills. Some of your main role responsibilities are: - Meet & greet all guests, and potential guests, at the front of the restaurant - Escort guests to their preferred table or reserved table and seat guest according to restaurant standards - Take telephone bookings and document it in the reservations book according to restaurant standards - Maintain knowledge of menu, including daily specials - Responsible for the cleanliness of hostess stations - Responsible of cleanliness of all menus and drink menus - Assist with food and beverage service whenever required

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: - 1 year previous experience in a similar position or a related field - Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations. - Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel company is essential. - Must be customer oriented - Flexible to work in various shifts.
