Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet Guests:

Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave.

Seating Guests:

Manage seating arrangements and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth flow in the dining area.

Reservations:

Handle reservations and manage waitlists effectively to accommodate guests.

Customer Service:

Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, providing exceptional service.

Communication:

Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Ambiance:

Ensure the dining area is clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.

Menu Assistance:

Provide guests with information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.

Payment Processing:

Assist in processing payments and providing receipts if necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication:

Strong verbal communication skills.

Customer Focus:

A friendly and approachable demeanor.

Organization:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Quick thinking and ability to handle unexpected situations gracefully.

Appearance:

Professional and well-groomed appearance.
