Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming Guests:

Greeting and seating guests in a warm and professional manner.

Reservation Management:

Handling table reservations, managing the guest list and seating charts, and estimating wait times.

Guest Relations:

Responding to inquiries, addressing guest complaints, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Operational Support:

Coordinating with servers and the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Brand Representation:

Representing the venue's image with professionalism and positivity.
Requirements and Qualifications.

Language Fluency:

Excellent command of English is essential, and fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is a highly preferred or required additional language.

Experience:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar hostess, guest relations, or a high-volume hospitality lounges, or nightclub.

Personal Attributes:

A polished and smart appearance, a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach are critical.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
