Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Manage reservations and assist with seating arrangements.
Provide menus and communicate daily specials to guests.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant and cafe.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception/hostess area.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a hostess in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel is preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
Presentable appearance and positive attitude.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.
