We are currently seeking an experienced

Restaurant General Manager

to lead one of our vibrant restaurants and elevate the guest dining experience to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for directing and managing the operations of a designated restaurant(s), with the goal of delivering outstanding guest service and maximizing financial performance. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost control, profitability, marketing initiatives, systems management, budgeting and forecasting, policy implementation, and team meetings. Monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, training, performance evaluations, counseling, and recognition initiatives. Creating and maintaining a customer database, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations teams on strategic campaigns. Assessing service and satisfaction trends, identifying issues, and implementing improvements. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue and increase customer retention, including menu innovation and cross-selling of hotel-wide services. Handling guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members to uphold service excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within a luxury hotel or high-end standalone restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of current F&B trends and exceptional customer service standards. Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
