WERE HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER 3 Fils Restaurant (New Branch, Dubai, UAE)
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for premium dining and operational excellence?
Were looking for an experienced General Manager to launch and lead our new 3 Fils Restaurant branch in Dubai a brand known for innovation, authenticity, and award-winning culinary excellence.
About the Role:
As General Manager, youll be responsible for end-to-end operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and P&L accountability. You will champion our brand values while ensuring seamless service, high team morale, and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of the new restaurant to ensure a world-class guest experience
Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing front and back-of-house team
Oversee quality control, hygiene standards, and food safety compliance
Implement operational strategies aligned with brand vision and SOPs
Drive revenue, profitability, and manage budgets, costs, and forecasts
Maintain vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory management
Handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery where needed
Monitor KPIs, service standards, and regularly report performance metrics to the Head Office
Coordinate marketing, events, and customer engagement initiatives

Key Requirements:

710 years of F&B industry experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or similar senior role
Proven experience in fine-dining or premium casual dining environments
Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor controls, and cost management
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and training skills
Deep knowledge of UAE hospitality trends, customer behavior, and local regulations
Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Experience with launching or opening new restaurant locations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred
