We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced General Manager
to lead our restaurant with passion, precision, and purpose. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, financial performance, and maintaining the highest service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire and build and guide a talented team, maintain exceptional service, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Take
full ownership of the restaurant's P&L performance, achieving the set revenue targets
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve profitability
Support promotional campaigns and events to drive footfall and sales
Operations Management
Direct reporting to Country Operations Manager, Regional Director and Company Owners
Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Beverage Manager to ensure alignment of food and drink offerings with the vision for L'ETO Restaurant
Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Use performance data to make informed decisions that increase revenue and reduce waste
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Team Leadership
Lead by example to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
Recruit, train, and mentor team members
Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
Promote a workplace culture based on inclusivity, accountability, and continuous growth
Guest Experience
Establish
the highest service standards
from day one
Lead from the floor, engaging with guests to ensure an outstanding experience
Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, using it to improve service standards
Ensure every interaction reflects L'ETO Groups high standards of hospitality
What We're Looking For
At least
5 years' senior management experience
in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills -- a motivating and supportive presence
Experience
building and developing teams from scratch
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage operations during peak service periods.
Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and achieving KPIs.
In-depth knowledge of food & beverage operations and a genuine passion for hospitality
Proficiency in restaurant management systems (POS, reservations, scheduling tools)
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
Passion for hospitality, with a natural, guest-focused approach.
An
understanding of UAE culture
and an appreciation of their palette
