We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Restaurant General Manager
to lead the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, customer service, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house teams
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality food
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Monitor and control operational costs, budgets, and labor
Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, marketing, and promotions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of restaurant financials, cost control, and scheduling
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with POS systems and restaurant software is a plus
Hospitality or business-related degree preferred
