Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders quickly and safely to customers
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness
Handle payment transactions (if applicable)
Communicate professionally with restaurant staff and customers
Follow traffic and safety rules strictly
Report any delays, accidents, or issues during delivery
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bike
Requirements:
Proven experience as a delivery rider, preferably in a restaurant setting
Valid bike driving license
Polite, customer-focused, and reliable
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Physically fit and able to ride for extended hours
Good knowledge of local roads and routes
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
