Passionate and authentic, able to blend Italian culinary tradition with refined presentation and innovation.

Italian Cuisine Chef

(Head - Sous - Chef de Partie - Commis- Baker/Pastries)

An experienced and passionate culinary leader who understands Italian tradition but thinks creatively.

Previous Maldivian experience is a plus, but what matters most is authenticity, taste, and love for Italian cuisine.

Requirements

Proven experience in authentic Italian cuisine preparation, mastery of traditional and modern Italian dishes. Creativity, leadership, and passion for authentic Italian flavors Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency Collaborate with management and Art Director on seasonal concepts Ability to handle a la carte service, events, brunches, and special occasions. Deep understanding of kitchen organization, menu development, and food presentation aesthetics. Strong commitment to hygiene, safety, and kitchen discipline. Proven background in Italian bakery or pastry (breads, croissants and desserts). Consistency and precision in product quality.
