The Role

Responsibilities:

o Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. o Accurately process customer orders and payments using POS system. o Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as required. o Ensure proper cash handling and secure cash register operations. o Assist in closing the register and preparing daily sales reports. o Coordinate with waiters and kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow. o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally and promptly. o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter. o Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and service standards



Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. o Previous experience as a cashier in Restaurant in DUBAI o Strong numerical and communication skills. o Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, tally or micros o Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. o Must be customer-service oriented, reliable, and honest. o Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. o Able to work graveyard shifts o Able to work in a shisha environment restaurant.
