As an Assistant Manager in En Fuego you will support Assistant General Manager in overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant's daily activities. Your responsibilities in this exciting role include but are not limited to training and developing team members, coordinating employees' schedules, and ensuring that company standard operating procedures, policies, and procedures are being followed and consistently implemented. Finally, you will help minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, deliver outstanding guest service and overall customer satisfaction. About You
The ideal candidate will have experience within a luxury hotel, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience working within similar style restaurants in junior management capacity. To be successful in this role you will have managed diverse teams, implemented frequent training and engagement initiatives. The ability to excel working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple business requirements whilst exceeding guest satisfaction will also be a key part of this exciting role. Experience leading large teams along with a hands-on management style are a must as well. Fluency in any of the following European langugages will be beneficial: Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Russian or German.
