We are looking for a highly motivated Bar Manager that can bring all the fun to life. Working with the mixology team, service colleagues and hostesses, you will be the person that brings all these elements together, to create one the most fun bar experiences. Bar Manager will manage all areas of bar service within the space, including but not limited to, training, motivating and retention of the team, food and beverage costs, labor cost, P&L responsibility, staffing plans, safety, and hygiene, all whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures and brand guidelines About you
Let your personality and skill take the stage while you create a hospitality performance for the guests - we are on a look out for energetic F&B professionals who don't shy away from a theatrical show. The ideal candidate will have experience within a high end fast-paced venue with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, previous international experience is also preferred. Team leadership skills and a high level of customer focus and ability to work under pressure, along with a hands-on management style are important aspects of this role.
