Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 8 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, great teamwork & environment, quality, and customer-service standards. What you will do:
  • Manage and regularly optimize the restaurant operations
  • Assist in the recruitment and on boarding of new employees, and make them settle properly within the operations and the team
  • Evaluate the team performance, coach, and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Monitor the team attendance, vacation leaves, and prepare the monthly payroll accordingly
  • Follow-up on customers’ orders for dine in and delivery are being served on time and up to Sushi Art standards, and respond efficiently to their complaints
  • Perform daily inspections and periodic audits to check safety of equipment and to ensure good product quality, address engineering problems involving the cost, installation, and maintenance of such equipment
  • Set and ensure Meeting Restaurant’s KPI’s
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory.
  • Uphold the sales records of sales and cash receipts including related areas of accounting, budgeting, petit cash, and banking procedures
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
  • Set the cultural tone of the team and develop a strong culture of continuous improvement to consistently raise the bar of execution
  • Additional to the above-mentioned requirements you are expected to accomplish tasks and duties outside of your scope of work as always required by work demand
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the same capacity and with F & B industry
  • You must have outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills
  • You must have a great communication and organizational skills
  • You must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness
  • You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
  • You are currently located in the UAE
