Job Title:
Respiratory TherapistMain Function:
- Deliver safe, effective, evidence-based, and comprehensive Respiratory Therapy services to patients under the care of AJHC.
- Administer cardiopulmonary services to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in accordance with the guidance provided by the attending Physician.
Scope of Job Activities:
- Conduct the initial assessment of patients in collaboration with the supervising Physician.
- Assist patients experiencing respiratory difficulties and carry out diagnostic procedures as directed by the Physician regarding the patient's condition.
- Skillfully provide safe and therapeutic respiratory care services as prescribed for all patients, aiming to achieve accurate and high-quality results in accordance with clinical guidelines and departmental policies.
- Maintain a positive outlook regarding patients' progress, utilizing ongoing research, observation, clinical adjustments, and modifications as needed.
- Ensure the continuity of the therapeutic plan by designing home exercise programs and recommending appropriate assistive equipment.
- Foster professional relationships both within and outside the organization.
- Exemplify the values of Al Joud Health Care.
