Partner with the best

As a Resources Specialist, you'll be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products.

As a Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Resourcing deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics · Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation · Developing long range forecast for region resource needs · Developing and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training Working together with people from the business unit. Specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues. Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Handling targeted clients. Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks. Assigning field hands based on competencies and drilling requirements. Managing Field Work Force rotation

To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services) Be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment Have good communication skills. Have excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution
