What You'll Do

• Lead strategic initiatives to secure new O&M contracts for water treatment plants, focusing on Abu Dhabi and other UAE markets
• Drive growth in Water Services O&M for PO plants, STPs, and industrial water treatment facilities
• Develop and implement market entry strategies for emerging sectors like Waste-to-Energy and Biogas
• Engage industrial clients, offering tailored water efficiency and sustainability solutions
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals for tenders and projects
• Collaborate with Veolia Water Technologies to deliver integrated water and energy solutions
• Manage financial components of proposals and ensure profitability
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in water and energy sectors
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and QHSE standards across operations
• Support strategic planning and budgeting for water and renewable energy projects

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or Natural Resource Management
• Minimum 10 years of experience in water treatment, renewable energy, or environmental sectors
• Proven leadership in O&M, large-scale infrastructure projects, and business development
• Expertise in RO, STPs, biogas, and waste-to-energy technologies
• Strong analytical, planning, and financial management skills
• Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English, Arabic or French is a plus
• Proficient in Google Suite and capable of managing technical documentation
