Residential/accommodation Supervisor
Job Description
To carry out all work related to the daily operations and follow-up of students and workers in residential units, and to work continuously on.
Develop annual plans for the development of employees and
students in a functional role
Follow up on all movements and tasks within the housing, including transportation and allocation of housing units
Dealing with violations of housing laws and submitting reports if necessary
Supervising the application of the laws, regulations, and instructions for housing units
Monitor maintenance operations and communicate with departments and service providers
Carrying out any other work related to the nature of the work upon assignmen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
