Role Overview:

Binghatti Holding is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive

Resale Agent

to manage and facilitate the resale of properties within our portfolio. This role focuses on supporting existing owners who wish to sell their units, while ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining the brand's premium service standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist property owners in listing and marketing their units for resale in coordination with the marketing and compliance teams. Advise sellers on pricing strategies based on market trends, property valuations, and competitive analysis. Manage the full resale transaction process, including viewings, negotiations, offers, documentation, and handovers. Ensure accurate and timely updates of listings on all sales platforms and internal records. Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements. Support buyers by providing transparent information on available properties, resale terms, and ownership procedures. Maintain strong relationships with both sellers and buyers to encourage client retention and referrals. Report regularly to management on resale trends, sales performance, and client feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-4 years of experience in real estate, preferably with a focus on secondary market/resale transactions. Valid RERA certification is preferred. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property laws, regulations, and market trends. Proven sales negotiation skills and a track record of successful closures. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Presentable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
